Services and Price Schedule

Types of Massage:

• Swedish Massage promotes an overall sense of relaxation and well being. This is the base technique for all massage therapies and is used during all sessions.
• Neuromuscular Therapy is a deep tissue massage therapy which alters chronic tightness of muscles. This technique is used during most of my sessions.
• Shiatsu is a technique which consists of manipulating your joints to flush the toxins out of your system. This is a full-body treatment which takes about an hour and a half to perform. If I can use it for one particular area to loosen up the muscular tightness, I will.
• Pregnancy Massage facilitates the physiological process of pregnancy. I am specifically trained in this modality to provide the pregnant woman a safe and effective massage.
• Sports Massage allows your body to take the physical abuse of any aerobic activity such as biking, running, swimming, or skiing. I will perform this on any one with sports-related stress and injuries.
• Chair Massage is a 15-minute session based on a Japanese form of acupressure which relaxes your upper body. This is a specialty and can be performed at house parties or at businesses to quickly release everyday stress.
• Trigger Point Therapy releases muscle contractions (knots) in the muscles. I specialize in this technique and can easily release many of your muscle contractions without any pain to you.
• Repetitive Use Injury Therapy is a technique which releases the muscle tension from contracted muscles (shortened). Contracted muscles cause stress to tendons and nerves. Releasing that tension is a great technique to help carpel tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfers’ swing, tendonitis, and whiplash. After the session, I will teach you some basic stretching so you can treat yourself.

Prices and Special Services (These prices are based on my coming to your home. If your home is more than 30 minutes from my location in Barrington, NH, I may have to charge an additional fee.)

• Thirty Minute Table Massage $30 (minimum of two people)
• One Hour Table Massage $50
• One and One Half Hour Table Massage $70
• Chair Massages at a party or business (15 minutes) $15 each for 1-5 people (minimum of 3) and $10 each for 6 or more people.
• Special Offers for parties such as bridal showers, birthdays, or “just because” – half hour table massages are $30 each for up for parties up to 5 and $25 per person for any additional massage.
• Home Group Rates are available for one hour table massages. For two or more clients at a single home, the fee is $45.
• Package of 5 One Hour Sessions: $225 per person, per five sessions.
• One year: $550 per one year of 12 one hour sessions.
